For the use of HepaRG® cell line, as supplement for serum free induction medium, according to BIOPREDIC International instructions. Preparation of HepaRG® serum free induction medium: add 0.6 mL of ADD651 supplement to 100 mL of William’ E medium supplemented with glutamine (2mM). Then store at +4°C for a maximum of one month.
