For the use of HepaRG® cell line, as supplement for thawing/plating medium, according to BIOPREDIC International instructions. Preparation of HepaRG® thawing/plating medium: add 12.5 mL of ADD671 supplement to one bottle of 100mL Williams’ E medium supplemented with L-Glutamine (2mM). Then store at +4°C for a maximum of one month.
