For the use of HepaRG® cell line, as supplement for differentiation medium, according to BIOPREDIC International instructions. Preparation of HepaRG® differentiation medium: add 70.1 mL of ADD721 supplement to one bottle of 500 mL Williams’ E medium supplemented with L-Glutamine (2mM). Then store at +4°C for a maximum of one month.
